Burning an item pays out from a fixed 300,000 Hard Core pool per item, split pro-rata among everyone who's burned that item — the more burned, the lower the payout per unit.

HC/Unit Now is the pool split across units burned so far. HC/Unit Min is the floor rate if the entire circulating supply eventually got burned — since the rate only ever falls as more gets burned, this is probably closer to what you'll actually end up getting than "now" is. Cost/1000 HC divides the giga.market floor price by each of those rates (× 1000), i.e. what you'd pay per 1,000 HC if you bought the item to burn it.
